Receiving Your Animals

I ship FedEx next day priority, which arrives at 10:30am to most destinations. I recommend having your animal shipped to a distribution center so the animal does not sit on a truck. This service runs $50 west coast and $60+ east coast and is only available to the main 48 states. Email me your zip code for a shipping quote. Animals may be picked up at reptile shows only! I do not allow visitors to my home for security reasons.

Live Arrival Guarantee

I guarantee your animals will arrive alive weather permitting. Temperatures must be between 32F and 90F from time and place of shipping until receiving. Someone must also be present to receive the package upon first delivery attempt. I am not responsible for carrier error. I cannot guarantee live arrival for a package that has sat outside all day. I guarantee a healthy animal upon arrival, but I cannot guarantee health further than that. After arrival, the animal's health is in your hands. When the unfortunate occurs, the animal(s) can be replaced or a refund will be issued, less shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of replacement animals. Evidence of DOA must be present, either in the form of photography or by returning the deceased. I am to be notified within two hours of arrival to qualify for live arrival guarantee.

Buyer Responsibility

You are buying an animal that may live for many years. Be prepared to handle this responsibility. Sales are final.

There will be no sales to minors. A parent must purchase the animal for you.

KNOW YOUR LAWS! I will not knowingly sell where illegal, but it is up to you to know what is legal in your area and what is not.

Payment

I prefer paypal but can accept postal money orders. Money orders and e-checks must be given time to clear before shipping. I will hold animals for two days without payment. After that, animal will be considered available for sale again. I only accept deposits for show pick up.

Sexing

Sex of the animals is guaranteed (unless otherwise noted). However, mistakes are made. It is your responsibility to verify the sex of the animal within 48 hours and inform me if there is a mistake. A replacement animal or refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued in this case.

Feeding

Unless otherwise noted, animals are feeding well before sold. Remember that shipping and introduction to a new environment can be very stressful to your animals. It may take a few weeks before they have settled in and feel like eating. Also keep in mind that some animals have strict husbandry requirements. Contact me if you animal is not eating and I will do my best to assist you.
